Multiple Lead Notification Email Addresses

Recognizing that AgentInsider® agents manage their leads among teams of support staff and a myriad of email environments, AgentInsider now allows members to enter multiple lead notification email addresses (up to 5) for each account.

When a Lead Notification Email is delivered from AgentInsider®, the lead will be delivered simultaneously to all email addresses entered.

To add additional email address, simply go to your Account Information Page and then go to the Display Information Page.

In the field title “Lead Notification Email” simply click the “+ Add another email address” link on the right. Save your changes by clicking the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page, and that’s it! You can return at any time to add and remove email addresses to your lead notification emails as your notification needs change.

Instant Lead Access

To complement the addition of the multiple lead notification addresses we have also enhanced lead emails so that you no longer have to log in to gain access to your leads. We know that your time is valuable and that this new feature will not only assist in your use of the AgentInsider® system, but also ensure that you get the consumer information quickly and efficiently. Simply select the link “Click here to access your lead” and view your leads instantly!
