Due to InsWeb’s marketing efforts over the previous year, we provided agents with the opportunity to compete for over 892,000 leads (Auto and Homeowners), of which only 46% of leads are currently going to AgentInsider agents. Over the past year, we have listened to your feedback and responsively enhanced the program to truly become an integral part of your marketing initiatives. For example:
- You told us that managing hundreds of individual ZIP codes was cumbersome; therefore, we gave you the ability to select groups of ZIP codes by entire Cities, Counties, and States — also building in the functionality to instantly analyze the prospective lead volume in those areas.
- With your advice, we made changes to our consumer application to improve the quality of the lead information you receive.
- To reduce your time wasted trying to contact consumers that gave us bad contact information, we improved our contact information verification software to filter out those consumers that try to remain anonymous. As a result, fewer of these consumers are submitting leads to you.
- We added the AgentInsider Rewards program, which allows you to earn points that you can redeem for all sorts of great merchandise.
