Three Millionth Lead Delivered Through AgentInsider®

I have been fortunate to be a part of two major milestones for AgentInsider®: the delivery of our 2 millionth lead and, most recently, the delivery of our 3 millionth lead! It was delivered on January 30th to Kyle Hickam, a 22-year State Farm® veteran who signed up for our Lead Program last November.

As Kyle’s Account Manager here at AgentInsider®, I have the great pleasure of telling you about his experience with our Lead Program. When Kyle initially made the decision to try online leads, he tried 2 lead programs – AgentInsider and another well-known lead provider. After a few months, he made the decision to use AgentInsider as his sole source for online leads. “The quality of the AgentInsider leads helps, definitely,” Kyle told me. “With the lead quality and the quick response time we have with each lead, I’m having great success.”

Part of Kyle’s success is due to the fact that he cross-sells every lead. He recently told me that he has a “4-Out-the-Door” motto, meaning that it’s his goal to have the consumer leave his office with more than one policy written – preferably four. In fact, the last auto lead he received from AgentInsider® was successfully sold auto, life, and renters insurance policies.

Kyle also stresses that contacting the lead quickly and frequently is an important part of his success.

we contact the lead immediately after receiving it.” Kyle continues, “Being persistent is the key to building a long lasting relationship with the customer.”

Thus far, Kyle has sold policies to 14% of his AgentInsider® leads. Agents typically close 8%-12% of their leads, clearly showing that Kyle’s approach to managing his leads is working. As he continues to refine his process, he can expect his close rate to be even higher. “My online lead program with AgentInsider has more than paid for itself and I look forward to a long, prosperous relationship.”

  • Ask for Their Business: You know your business better than anyone, so sell the consumers on what makes your business the perfect choice. Be enthusiastic and confident - and end your pitch by asking for their business.
  • Set Goals For Yourself: Like any other marketing program you spend money on, it needs to make economic sense for your business. Define and set realistic goals – and give yourself time to practice and fine-tune your process.
