If you’re like me, you’re trying to figure out how 2008 went by so fast. I’m still eating leftover Halloween candy! Now that 2009 has begun, it's time to make your New Years resolutions. As you plan on how to lose five pounds or save more money this year, why not create a resolution for your business?
According to an article I recently read, over 97% of New Year’s Resolutions fail. Can you guess the main reason why these best-laid plans often go awry? It’s because people don’t come up with a specific strategy to reach their goals. With this in mind, we decided take care of the hard part – coming up with the plan. Here is your guide to generate more revenue for your agency in 2009:
1) Set Your Specific Growth Goal:
First, decide what your growth goal is this year. Don’t worry about how yet. Remember, we are going to help with the planning. We encourage you to utilize our free Marketing Calculator located here. We have set up some basic defaults with this calculator, so just fill in some simple numbers, and view the results. This will help guide you on what your marketing spend should be in 2009 in order to reach your goals.
2) Call Us For A FREE Territory Review:
