Q: How much does it cost to register for
AgentInsider®?
A: Signing up is free. And unlike many other lead companies, there are no monthly or annual membership
fees.
Q: Where do the leads come from?
A: All AgentInsider® leads come from InsWeb.com and its network of
sites and partners. Each consumer is motivated to find a new policy and has voluntarily completed an online
quote form. Once the consumer completes the quote form, the lead is delivered to you in real-time.
Q: Can I control the amount of leads I receive?
A: Yes. You can set your Maximum Lead Volume preference for all non-exclusive ZIP Codes selected. You can choose to set
an Unlimited Maximum (No Max) or a Daily Maximum. To turn off your lead volume for your non-exclusive ZIP Codes, simply change
your Daily Maximum to zero (0).
Q: How do I receive leads?
A: When a consumer completes the quote form, a lead will be delivered to you via email in real-time.
Each AgentInsider® account can have a total of 5 lead notification email
addresses to help you manage your leads. Some agents have the leads delivered to a work email address and a home address
(as a backup). You might also consider including the email addresses of co-workers or an office assistant.

Q: How detailed are the leads?
A: Our lead information is very detailed and will give you the information you need to provide a preliminary insurance quote.
See a sample of the leads on our sample leads page.
Q: How much do leads cost?
A: AgentInsider® offers competitive, fixed pricing for all insurance lead types. Please contact us at 866-892-4080
to review pricing.
Q: How do I pay for leads?
A: It’s easy! You provide your credit card information when you register. Your credit card will not be charged
until your first lead is sent. We collect a $100 deposit when the first lead is sent to you, and deduct the cost of additional
leads from this deposit until it is nearly exhausted. When your balance runs low or runs out, your credit card will be
charged again for the same deposit amount, and the process begins again. We will notify you by email each time we charge
your card. If you purchase large volumes of leads you can increase the deposit amount to avoid an excessive number of charges
to your credit card.
Q: How many insurance providers and agents will receive the same lead as me?
A: We will provide leads to up to 8 insurance providers and agents (that is, no more than 7 other sources will
receive the same lead as you.
Leads will never be distributed to multiple captive agents within the same affiliate company.
Q: What is Carrier Exclusivity and how does it work?
A: The Carrier Exclusivity option (if available to you) allows you to lock in ZIP Codes so that no other agent from
your carrier affiliation will receive leads in your desired ZIP Codes.
You will receive all the lead volume available to you in your Exclusive ZIP Codes as long as your account is not paused and is in
good
standing.*
If Carrier Exclusivity is not available for a ZIP Code, you will be presented with the option to add yourself to
the Waiting List for that ZIP Code. Note that when you have Carrier Exclusivity in a ZIP Code, the Lead Volume setting
will not apply to that ZIP Code because you will receive all of the leads available in that ZIP Code.
Leads will never be distributed to multiple captive agents within the same affiliate company.
Q: Can I choose Carrier Exclusivity for some ZIP Codes and not for others?
A: Yes! For all ZIP Codes that are selected for Carrier Exclusivity you will receive all of the lead volume available to you. For non-exclusive
ZIP Codes you can set your daily lead maximum and you will rotate for leads with other captive agents within the same
affiliate company.
Q: What is a Carrier Code?
A: A Carrier Code may be listed on an advertisement or other promotional piece. It helps us identify if you
are part of a corporate carrier program. If you have a Carrier Code, please enter it on the first page of the registration form.
Q: What is a Promotion Code or Refer-A-Friend Code?
A: A Promotion Code may be located on an advertisement or other promotional item. It helps us identify if you are part
of a special program or are eligible to receive special offers. A Refer-A-Friend Code would have been provided to you by another
agent who is already a part of the Lead Program. If you have either a Promotion Code or Refer-A-Friend Code, please enter it during
registration.
Q: Why do you need to know my carrier when I register?
A: We need to know your carrier to ensure we provide our consumers with the greatest choice without duplicating agent efforts.
Leads will never be distributed to multiple captive agents with the same affiliate company.
Q: Do I need to select all of the states and lead types I'm interested in now?
A: We suggest you select each state and all lead types you want when you register. When you select a state or product, it
does not obligate you to purchase leads—it simply tells us what you're interested in. After you are a registered member of
the Lead Program, you may return at any time to change your information.
Q: Why do you need my license information when I register?
A: It's important that we only distribute consumer leads to licensed agents. To ensure that consumers receive only expert advice, we will check all licenses before allowing agents to participate in the program.
Q: What happens to the $100 deposit fee?
A: The $100 deposit will be charged to you once your first lead is sent. Each time you receive a lead, we will deduct
the cost of the lead from your deposit. When the deposit is nearly exhausted, your credit card will be charged again
for the same deposit amount, and the process begins again. We will notify you by email each time we charge your card.
If you purchase a large volume of leads you can increase the deposit amount to avoid an excessive number of charges to your
credit card.
Q: How long before I receive my first lead?
A: After you complete registration, your account will be reviewed by our Client Services Team.
An account is typically approved within 1-3 business days. During that time, you can gain access to your account
and begin choosing the ZIP Codes you want to target
and setting your lead volume preferences. Once your account is approved, you are ready to begin receiving leads.
Q: How long do I have to dispute a bad lead and what are the criteria for receiving a credit?
A: You have 10 calendar days to dispute a lead. A credit will be given only for duplicate leads or leads with invalid contact information (i.e. invalid phone number). You may request a lead credit yourself using the Credit feature of your account, found on the “View Leads” tab.*
Q: How can I find additional leads or ZIP Code opportunities?
A: To receive information on available ZIP Codes and lead opportunities, contact our Client Services Team. Our representatives
have access to the approximate quantity of leads available in each ZIP Code and agent participation by ZIP Code.
